Use the support channel inside the external app. Keep UPI UTR, order ID, bank time and account number masked in screenshots.

For website data questions, mention the page you used and the approximate time of your visit.

If your complaint is about an external game balance, XX1 cannot verify it. The operator controls account records. If your message is about our directory, keep it specific and we can check the page faster.
